Job Description
CNAs are to show up and arrive on time to assigned shifts. Perform duties as accurately and efficient as possible. Be self-motivated, and have a strong sense of self improvement.
The Residents depend on these attributes of a CNA. The teamwork environment is essential to keep everyone, mainly the Resident, happy and the staff working efficiently.
Responsibilities
CNAs will provide patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths.
CNAs will also help and encourage the progress of activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
Qualifications
Certified as a Nurse Assistant or currently enrolled in a nurse assistant (CNA) class.

Essential Functions:
Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):

Qualifications:
High school graduate or G.E.D certificate preferred.
Six months experience as a CNA in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program.
Current CPR certificate is recommended.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.

   If you wanted to post a position on your job board or on your facbook account that would be great. We have full and part time positions available for almost all shifts. We have an incentive program to come work with us. After 90 days they will receive $300 and 60 days after that they will receive an additional $200. Or if they prefer, we can just sponser their CNA program with you.

We love our CNA's and we completly appreciate how they are the backbone of any facility. We are flexible with vacations and school schedules. Our mentality is that if our staff is happy, then they will perform better and the residents are the benefactors.
